This home was a new-to-you house for this family. They found the perfect location and lot, and the home’s layout was exactly what they wanted. However, the style was not at all in line with the family’s design ideas and they wanted a full transformation. We reconfigured the banister and applied a custom coating to it and the stair treads. New lighting and wooden ceiling beams completed the entryway’s remodel. The living room was wrapped in white shiplap and a new fireplace with builtins were installed. The kitchen received a modern farmhouse makeover with a custom reclaimed wood oven hood, subway tile backsplash, and refinished cabinets. We put barn doors on the office, and tackled two bathroom remodels. The basement’s walls received new coatings as well.
